sixs Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the sixs platform and all its services. By using any service provided through the sixs website, mobile application or any other digital channel, you agree to be bound by every clause of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using sixs services.

sixs reserves the right to change these Terms at any time at its discretion. Continuing to use the service after updated Terms are published means you have accepted the new terms. We therefore recommend checking this page regularly.

1.1 Age and Legal Eligibility

All services on the sixs platform are for adults only. You must be at least 21 years old to create an account and participate in any betting or casino activity. 21+ sixs may request necessary documents for age verification at any time. Providing false information about your age will result in account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Only

Each person may hold only one account on sixs. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, the same identity or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all related accounts will be closed.

1.3 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide true, accurate and complete information at registration. Any changes to your identity, address or contact details must be reported to sixs immediately. Providing false or incomplete information may block account verification and cause problems with withdrawals.

2.1 Password and Login Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your sixs account login details — username and password — completely confidential. This information should not be shared with anyone. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, inform the sixs support team immediately. sixs is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access if the user did not keep their login details secure.

2.2 Account Transfer Prohibited

A sixs account is personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, gifting or handing over an account to another person in any way is prohibited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

sixs reserves the right to verify accounts as part of safe and responsible operations. A national ID card, passport or birth registration certificate may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.1 Supported Payment Methods

The following methods are accepted for deposits and withdrawals on sixs:

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500. No transactions below this amount will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, if verification is ongoing or additional security review is required, it may take longer.

3.4 Source of Funds

sixs only accepts funds deposited from lawful sources. Funds sent from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated account may be placed under review.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

sixs offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirement is met.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active.
• Each bonus has a specific time limit — if the requirement is not met within the set period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• sixs reserves the right to cancel a bonus if unusual betting patterns are detected.
• Operating an account with the purpose of exploiting bonuses will be treated as bonus abuse.

4.3 Other Promotional Offers

sixs runs various offers from time to time, such as the sixs Weekly Reload Joy (30% bonus, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18×), sixs Friday Slots Blast (40% bonus, up to ৳6,000, wagering 22×) and sixs Cricket Festival Bonus (50% bonus, up to ৳8,000, wagering 20×). Separate terms apply to each offer and are announced at the time of the promotion.

5.1 Rules for Placing Bets

All bets placed on sixs are final and cannot be withdrawn or changed once confirmed. Disconnection from the internet, device failure or any other technical reason will not alter the outcome of a bet — the result recorded in the system after confirmation is final.

5.2 Event Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled, suspended or postponed indefinitely, sixs will settle bets on that event according to its own rules. Stakes are generally returned for cancelled events, but different rules may apply for in-play bets.

5.3 System Errors

If incorrect odds or incorrect payouts are displayed due to a technical error, sixs reserves the right to void those transactions. sixs is not liable for losses caused by software, hardware or network errors.

5.4 Casino Game Results

Casino games on sixs are operated by software from trusted game developers using a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are entirely random and not predetermined. RTP (Return to Player) is a long-term theoretical average — it does not guarantee a specific return in any single session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sixs platform:

• Attempting to obtain bonuses or winnings through fraud, deception or any dishonest method.
• Placing bets using automated bots, scripts or software.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or modify sixs systems or software in any way.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same identity or device.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intent to abuse bonuses (Bonus Abuse).

If any of the above activities are detected, sixs reserves the right to immediately close the account, cancel all bonuses and forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7.1 VIP Tiers

The sixs VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, up to 0.5% at Silver, up to 0.8% at Gold and up to 1.0% at Platinum.

7.2 Cashback Calculation

Weekly cashback is given based on the net loss for the week (total wagered minus total won), up to the rate for that tier. Example: if a Gold member's net loss in a week is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160.

7.3 Changes to VIP Benefits

sixs reserves the right to change the terms, benefits or tiers of the VIP programme at any time. VIP tier changes happen automatically and additional benefits are added at each tier.

8.1 Closure by sixs

If any clause of these Terms is violated, sixs may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In such cases, winnings or bonuses obtained in violation of the rules may be cancelled.

8.2 Closure Request by the User

A user who wishes to close their own account may contact the sixs support team. Any pending withdrawals will be settled before the account is closed. However, if an active wagering requirement is unfulfilled, the associated bonus will be cancelled.

10.1 Service Availability

sixs strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or other reasons. sixs is not liable for any loss suffered by users as a result of such interruptions.

10.2 Third-Party Services

sixs uses services from third-party game developers and payment providers. sixs is not directly liable for the actions or errors of these third parties. However, the sixs support team will endeavour to assist with any issues that arise.

10.3 Responsibility for Betting Decisions

The user is solely responsible for all bets placed and casino game outcomes on sixs. sixs never guarantees a specific result, and no representative of sixs can promise winnings.

11.1 Contacting Support

The sixs customer service team is available seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day (24/7) and provides assistance in both Bengali and English. Support is available via live chat and email.

11.2 Filing a Complaint

If you have a complaint, contact the support team first. Describe the complaint in as much detail as possible — including the transaction ID, date and time. sixs reviews every complaint with appropriate care.

11.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between sixs and a user, both parties will attempt to resolve it through discussion. Logs and data recorded in the sixs system will be treated as conclusive evidence in resolving disputes.

12.1 Changes to Terms

sixs may change, add to or cancel these Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continuing to use the service will be taken as consent to the updated terms.

12.2 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue in full force.

12.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy together form the entire agreement between sixs and the user. No prior oral or written statement by sixs shall take precedence over this agreement.

12.4 Waiver of Rights

If sixs does not exercise any right in a given situation, this shall not be considered a waiver of that right. sixs may preserve and exercise any of its legitimate rights at any time.
